Introductory Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller and the buyer when purchasing digital products through the Of Note Leadership online shop.
The buyer may be either a consumer or an entrepreneur.
Products Offered
The seller offers, in particular:
- digital templates (e.g. Notion)
- AI prompts
- AI Skills
- PDF guides
- digital workbooks
- other digital educational materials
Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
The purchase agreement is concluded at the moment the order is successfully paid.
After payment, the buyer will receive an order confirmation and access to download or use the digital product.
Price and Payment Terms
Prices are listed on the website.
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the online shop, such as credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other supported methods.
Delivery of Digital Content
Digital products are typically made available immediately after successful payment.
In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed for technical reasons.
License
Act nowBy purchasing a product, the buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for their own personal or internal business use.
Without the seller's prior written consent, it is not permitted to:
- resell the product
- share it with other persons
- publish it
- copy it for the purpose of further distribution
- modify it for the purpose of resale
Withdrawal from the Agreement
Plan for itThe buyer expressly agrees that the digital content is delivered before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period.
Complaints
If a product contains a technical defect or cannot be downloaded, the buyer may contact the seller at ofnoteleadership@gmail.com.
The seller undertakes to remedy the defect or provide a new working file.
Refunds
Given the nature of digital content, once it has been made available, a refund of the purchase price cannot be requested, unless required by law.
However, if a technical error occurs or the product cannot be used, the seller will assess the situation individually and may offer a fix, a replacement product, or a refund of the purchase price.
Limitation of Liability
Digital products are intended for educational and informational purposes.
The seller does not provide legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice.
The buyer uses the products at their own responsibility.
Copyright Protection
All content of the online shop and of the individual products is protected by copyright.
Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale is prohibited.
Personal Data Protection
Information about the processing of personal data is provided in a separate document, the Privacy Policy.
Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers have the right to file a proposal for the out-of-court resolution of a consumer dispute with:
